With over 20 years of global experience in property development and construction, Steve transitioned to the insurance sector in 2020. Shortly afterwards, regulatory changes and the challenges of the pandemic presented a unique opportunity for the industry to be modernised, and Steve embraced digital platforms and systems to enhance client engagement and streamline processes.

Initially sceptical about certain aspects of insurance, Steve's perspective transformed after seeing the positive, tangible difference insurance claims can make to people during critical times in their lives. This fuelled his passion for delivering exceptional service, and in 2023 Steve was honoured with a nomination for the Fidelity Life Breakthrough Adviser award, recognising his commitment to ongoing education, industry involvement, and innovation.

At Risk Direct, Steve leads a team that shares his values of providing trusted advice and mitigating risks. They collaborate with various insurers and have built strong professional relationships with them, ensuring clients receive the most suitable and comprehensive coverage available.
